Beatrice Dumitrascu, vice president residential sales at One United Properties, will speak during the 17th edition of Realty Forum, the leading Romanian real estate event organized by Business Review on June 19 at Sheraton Bucharest Hotel.

Dumitrascu will join the panel Office | Residential | Retail (Bucharest vs. secondary cities: the new battleground on the Romanian real estate market).

She has worked in the real estate industry in the past 12 years, having the opportunity to collaborate with most of the important residential developers in Romania, such as Conarg Real Estate, Adama, Sirius International, Tiriac Imobiliare, RO-IS International Development, Romconsulting and Anchor Group.

Meanwhile, One United Properties has kicked off this month the construction works for its real estate project called One Floreasca City. It will feature a residential component, One Mircea Eliade, with 236 apartments in three towers, the office component, One Tower, 16 floors of class AAA offices in a 24,000 sqm GLA building, and a FoodHall and Concept Flagship Hypermarket in the former Ford factory – a building that will be restored.

One United Properties has several high-end residential projects completed (376 units), under construction (387 units) and in the short-term pipeline (more than 500 units) in Bucharest’s Center-Northern area. Projects recently delivered include One Charles de Gaulle (8,000 sqm), One Herastrau Plaza (32,000 sqm), One Herastrau Park (28,000 sqm), One Floreasca Lake (15,000 sqm).

During Realty Forum 2018, around 200 industry professionals will get together for a half-day forum set to spot new opportunities and trends in the industry and act as a platform for new potential partnerships and unique networking opportunities.

The forum will bring together industry professionals and consultants alike to find out their take on how the market is evolving and their forecast on the segments promising the highest profits in 2018 and beyond that.
