Authorities have finalized the construction works at the connection of A3 Highway with Bucharest trough Petricani street, just 4 km away from North Gate business park, part of One United Properties portfolio.
North of Bucharest, especially Barbu Vacarescu - Pipera location remains one of the preferred areas for AAA tenants in regards of offices space. The area will see further infrastructure improvements, as works are underway for the extension of Fabrica de Glucoza street (4-lane extension of 1.8 km of the street, 2 lanes of 3.5m each way and construction of sidewalks with a width of 4.5m, according to data from Bucharest City Hall).
