One United Properties co-opted Ionut Dumitrescu from Forte Partners to develop the office division


One United Properties, controlled by Andrei Diaconescu and Victor Capitanu, who founded Capital Partners (now BT Capital Partners), co-opted Ionut Dumitrescu from Forte Partners. Dumitrescu holds 10% of Forte Partners shares, together with Johny Jabra and Geo Margescu.

"Ionut Dumitrescu joins the One Office, office development division of One United Properties as shareholder and will have a stake of 30%. For us, he has a very high added value because he specializes in offices and he will deal with the purchase of land and the rental of projects. He has been among the key people who have achieved The Bridge offices for example, "Victor Capitanu said. He will also be a partner and has the mission to rent the One Tower offices to be built in the Automatica project.

Ionuţ Dumitrescu will be a partner on the One Office division and is already a member of the board of directors of One United.
Ionuţ Dumitrescu is the founder of Eurisko Real Estate Consulting (1997), which was sold to the current CBRE in 2007. In 2003, he founded Building Support Services, the largest real estate management company in Romania, whose shares he later sold to a consortium of international investors in 2006. In 2008, he set up Element Development, an investment and development company real estate focused on residential and commercial real estate opportunities in Romania.

One United Properties is the leading real estate developer specializing in exclusive residential properties in Bucharest, Romania. Renault Technology Romania has recently renewed its North Gate rental contract for a four-year period, as the Renault Bucharest Connected project in Precizia area will be ready for the first time in 2019.
